The Modular Operating Theater (OT) is a customizable, sterile environment built with Clean Room Modular PUF Panel Walls and a PUF panel ceiling, offering excellent insulation and minimizing contamination risks. These panels are non-porous, easy to clean, and resistant to microbial growth, ensuring a safe, hygienic space for surgeries.

The OT is equipped with a HVAC system featuring HEPA filtration, providing high-efficiency air filtration and maintaining positive pressure. The HVAC maintaining a sterile atmosphere by removing airborne contaminants. This system supports temperature and humidity control, creating the ideal environment for surgical procedures while complying with ISO and GMP standards.

The air is filtered using High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters that capture 99.99% of airborne particles. The system ensures that the OT maintains the required cleanliness levels, particularly in preventing microbial contamination during surgeries.

Laminar Flow is To ensure uniform airflow across the room, a laminar flow system is typically installed. This system directs clean, filtered air downwards, minimizing the risk of airborne particles interfering with the sterile field.
